High chromium chute plate exported to Australia

High chromium chute plates, which are used in ore material conveying, have exported to Australia.

 

As per the chute plates, the unit weight is more than 2 tons,and the material is high chromium cast iron.During the normalizing and cooling stage of thick large plates of high chromium cast iron, due to the large difference in thickness, local cracks are easily caused by uneven cooling rates;H&G has optimized and adjusted the heat treatment process in the normalizing section to avoid this situation.

 

 

After comprehensive testing, the product's hardness reached 650HB, impact toughness was 4.2J/cm², and there were no grinding cracks or stress cracks on the surface and screw holes, meeting the customer's delivery requirements.
